    About Nodinite

Nodinite is a Swedish software company. Its platform lets IT teams see how their business systems send information to each other, spot errors early, and fix them before they cause problems. It works with more than 50 technologies, including Microsoft Azure and BizTalk Server.

More than 100 companies in 17 industries use Nodinite, mostly in the Nordics. They include banks, insurers, manufacturers, logistics companies, hospitals and public sector organizations.

    Where we started

In 2022, it was hard to pull the right list of people for an email. Often, the same email went to everyone.

4.54% of emails never arrived, because the email addresses were wrong or no longer in use. And 3.99% of people who got an email asked to stop receiving them.

    What we did

Added the information the team needed. We created new fields, so each contact record shows what the team needs to know about that person.

Cleaned the contact data.We removed duplicates, filled in missing details, linked every contact to their company, and stopped sending to email addresses that don't work.

Sorted contacts into groups.Webinar guests, community members and potential buyers each have their own group, so they get the emails meant for them. Most of these groups update on their own.

Set up automatic emails.Webinar reminders, recordings, follow-ups and welcome emails for new community members go out on their own.

Set up email security. We set up settings (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) that confirm each email really comes from Nodinite. This helps emails reach the inbox.

Alongside this, we handled Nodinite's day-to-day marketing, including LinkedIn posts, webinars and website updates.

    The results

    160.7%

    Click rate: up 160.7% since 2022 (3.89% to 10.14%).

    69.6%

    Emails that don't arrive: down 69.6% (4.54% to 1.38%).

    82.7%

People who ask to stop receiving emails: down 82.7% (3.99% to 0.69%).

    30.5%

    Open rate: up 30.5% since 2024 (23.31% to 30.43%).

    100.7%

Emails sent: 100.7% more in the first nine months of 2026 than in all of 2022. Clicks went up, and fewer emails failed to arrive or led people to ask to stop, over the same period.

LinkedIn ads: lead generation through guides and webinars

    What we did

We ran LinkedIn campaigns promoting Nodinite guides, webinars and demos. People shared their contact details to download a guide or register for a webinar. We developed the offers, wrote the ads and selected the audiences.

    What it delivered

    51.8%

Strongest offers: The monitoring trends and Azure naming conventions guides together accounted for 51.8% of all leads.

    77%

Lower cost per lead: The monitoring trends guide generated leads at a cost 77% below the campaign average.

    10.4% / 45.7%

Higher form completion: On average, 10.4% of people who opened a sign-up form completed it. The Azure naming conventions guide reached 45.7%.

    336

New contacts: The campaigns generated 336 leads who chose to share their details with Nodinite.

Relevant audiences: Most clicks came from people working in engineering, IT and operations.

    Why it matters for Nodinite

Each contact began with a guide or webinar relevant to their work. The results show which topics attracted interest and can help us choose future campaign offers.

    E-learning: training without a trainer

    What we did

We built and managed Nodinite's e-learning portal.

Planned the videos with Nodinite's technical team:which topics each course needed and who would record them.

Arranged the recordings with the technical team.

Got the videos edited. Our team edited more than 40 videos, and we checked each one before it went live.

Published and managed the portal. We uploaded the videos, built the courses, wrote the quizzes, and keep the portal up to date.

    The portal has 21 courses.

    What it has delivered

    67.9% / 80.0%

Partners: 67.9% of learners come from partner companies, and they account for 80.0% of all learning hours.

    32.1% / 18.7%

Customers: 32.1% of learners come from customer companies, and they account for 18.7% of all learning hours.

    70%

70% of people who signed up have started learning.

    9.6%

9.6% of learners have completed 16 or more of the 21 courses.

In total, that's the equivalent of 2,077 hours of live training that didn't need someone from Nodinite to teach it in person. At approx. SEK 1,000 to 1,300 an hour, the going cost of skilled time in Sweden, that is worth up to approx. SEK 2.1 to 2.7 million. Each of those hours is one Nodinite's technical team can spend on the product instead.

    Why it matters for Nodinite

Partners and customers can learn at their own pace, without booking a training session.

    Everyone gets the same information.

New staff at partner and customer companies can start learning from day one.

Nodinite's team has more time for other work.
